  • It's been a while

    it has been way too long since i last posted, i broke one of my commitments already.. hahah. oops.
    oh well. It's the beginning of second semester, boo! I miss first semester so much, life was a lot easier and the people were amazing, but im sure people this semester will also be amazing, it's just gonna take some time to get use to : )
    This semester i have bio, law, advanced functions, accounting! (Y) funtimes? haha i dont know :/

    i have nothing to write, which is shocking since its been so long... but nothing really is worth writing about right now so i'll wait tilll next time.

  • When the night has come and the land is dark

    Today, in guitar class a fellow classmate of mine sang one of my favourite songs, "Stand By Me" by BEN.E King. That song is absolutely amazing. It made me realize all the people in my life who are always there for me, and i want to say thanks for being there. It's sometimes easy to forget all the good people do for you, and there are never enough thank yous.

    On another note, IT'S FRIDAY! Another week has gone by, wow that was fast. Next week is summative week, oh dear. I have so much to do and so little time, but ill manage. i tend to complain a lot and it must be very irritating haha. Hmm... let's see what's new. Well, today i preformed a song by Justin Nozuka in front of my peers; mics, amps and all that fun stuff. It was absolutely nerve racking and I nearly fainted up there. Today was only the practice run, and i was already scared shitless. I need to learn to be more confident, but no matter how many times i tell myself to do so it never happens. Wednesday is the big day so hopefully by then i can find the confidence...otherwise, im screwed. Overall, today was a fun experience.

  • Mines, keeps me on my edge...

    For the past week or so, well actually since December 19, this song "Mines" has been stuck in my head. I'm absolutely in love with it. This song is by a group called 'Down by Riverside'. The members of the groups are brothers to my all time favourite artist JUSTIN NOZUKA! i guess that's why i love it so much their style is so similar to each other, but yea back to the song. I have been singing and humming this song almost every day, to the point where my mom tells me to shutup... I don't blame her, haha. Not to mention, I actually listened to the song a millions times just so i can copy the lyrics down. It's safe to say that i'm somewhat obsessed, and my goal is to learn it on the guitar. and once again, thats another addition to my never ending list. I thought i should share this because their songs are worth listening to, so when you have time you should definitely check them out on myspace...

  • What a good day :)

    All the practicing last night paid off, as i got 100% on my guitar test today ! :)
    On top of that, i also got a math test and i did really well. I've been having a lot of those off days recently, so i'm just feeling incredibly happy today.Besides schoolwork and all that, nothing interesting is happening in my life at the moment. 2010 has been good to me thus far, so i'm not gonna complain. Also, i thought of something to do for 2010, i'm gonna try really hard to post a entry EVERYDAY for the next year. I'm really hoping i can keep this up, i mean taking some time off my studies isn't too hard right? i hope so. But yea, so far I've been good i posted an entry everyday since i made this account so i'm proud of myself, teehee :) I hope everyone is having a good day, until next time... BYE :)

  • Guitar...what happened?

    Guitar class use to be fun, no stress or anything. What happened? I can honestly say i hate it, with all these dumb presentations and assignments. Seriously though, how am i suppose to get 8 songs down by next Wednesday? I mean, sure it's possible, but i do have other stuff to worry about too. Plus it's exams time.... oh gaawwwd help me now. Tomorrow is yet another guitar classical test, and i barely know the song, so off i go. wish me luck!

  • First Day Back...

    Today was the first day of school since the break, and to start of the morning i wrote a chemistry test...so much fun. Seriously though, what teacher schedules a test the day back? But whatever, that's behind me now. On the bright side it's a new year, hello 2010! I'm looking forward to a lot of things this year, and have set some goals for myself. I'm hoping i actually stick to my goals and not back out of them like i always do each year. I guess that can be one of my goals: not to back out of my other goals. That sound's like a good plan! : )
